At www.norrana.com we do our best to keep our customers satisfied. If any product you received from www.norrana.com arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to replace or repair the product. In case you receive a problematic product, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of its delivery) in order to take the necessary actions which may include its replacement, repair or even a full refund if you wish. After we receive the returned product and it is confirmed that it is in its original condition (not worn, damaged, etc.), within 3 working days we will take the necessary actions, either to refund the money or to replace the product. Return costs are borne by the customer. In case the product is returned to be replaced with another one, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
As all our jewelery is made to order, we do not accept returns unless it arrives broken or damaged. Please contact us if you have any questions.
